The orchestrationals in the anime are done incredibly well and are very memorable.
Every time I heard Dai or Misha's theme I just started grinning like an idiot waiting for the chaos to ensue. This anime is not about plot, it's about a cute piece of mindless enjoyment, so if you come to it looking for something to think over or a riveting story, you'll be sorely dissapointed. Episodes lack cohesivness and continuity, as you could practically put episodes 5-20 in any order and get the same story. You get plot in the last 4-5 episodes, quite a bit of it in fact, but that doesn't help the rating much at all. Next we have plot, which receives a low 5/10.There's no plot folks, this is a cute anime that is aimed at more or less tons of "fluff" episodes. Overall the animation is very good though and worthy of a high rating. Animation style unfortunatly seemed to drop during those, which made me sad. Some points are taken away for uninspired backgrounds (I really can't remember any scenes that the background stood out to me except for one in the last episodes) as well as some rather awkward animation slips during more hectic scenes. Action sequences are handled for the most part in comical SD form which is easy to follow and executed at pretty good timing througout the series. It makes everything look very crisp, and you don't miss anything even in the most hectic of parts. This makes a very eye catching experience, and is most likely aimed at younger kids than mature audiences, but the style works well for all age groups. Animation is very sharp and crisp with a heavy emphasis on very bold and vivid colors, not favoring pastels much. The animation is a pretty unique style to the "cute" genre, only similarity being TSFS in my mind. Let's get into the meat of the review though, ne?Īs noted, my first rating is in the animation department, which receives an 8/10. If you liked the art and plot of TSFS then you'll probably get a good deal of enjoyment out of this anime as well. Pita-Ten is an anime made by the same group as Tiny Snow Fairy Sugar (hereafter known as TSFS due to my lazyness), and was actually created earlier than it. Angel ones were, but I'll give my best to make a good review of such a cute anime for you all! My first review that will be going up at OtakuSavior, whee, I better make an especially good example! Unfortunatly Pita-Ten isn't an earth-shattering anime to review like I felt my Last Exile and D.N. Survive the sweetness of Misha, but if you like that type of stuff this Watch it?: Well, you better have some really strong teeth to be able to
